Then chat with AI medical assistants, 24/7." **Positioning:** a quick, affordable and informative alternative to scattered searching on Google, and a complement to (not a replacement for) a consultation with a doctor. The platform prepares the patient for the conversation with their doctor; it does not replace it. --- ## 2. What the platform does ### 2.1. Interpretation of medical test results 1. The user photographs their test results or uploads the PDF received from the lab. 2. An advanced medical OCR engine extracts the text, including from imperfectly scanned documents, unusual print layouts or photos taken with a phone. 3. A medically specialised AI model structures the data: it identifies the parameters, units of measurement and reference ranges. 4. Each value gets a visual status: **normal**, **attention**, **critical**. 5. The AI writes explanations in everyday language (no jargon) and highlights **correlations between parameters** and **trends** compared with previous results (for account holders). 6. The report is shown in the interface and can be downloaded as a **PDF** (medical-grade design), to show to the user's doctor. Stated average delivery time: **2–3 minutes** from upload. ### 2.2. AI medical chat (text) - Open questions about results, symptoms, medical terms and next steps. - Answers set in the context of the user's own results, not generic ones. - Cost: **1 credit = 1 question**. - Available 24/7, including at night and at weekends. ### 2.3. AI voice assistants - Natural voice conversation, similar to a phone call: the user speaks, the AI listens and replies by voice. - Indicative cost: **~6 credits per minute** of conversation. - History of voice conversations available in the account. ### 2.4. AI specialties available 1. **General medicine**: general medical questions about symptoms, test results, conditions and next steps. 2. **Psychology**: stress, anxiety, relationships, burnout. 3. **Psychotherapy**: depression, trauma, PTSD, supportive therapeutic techniques. Each assistant is configured specifically for its own field. ### 2.5. Medical profiles - Separate profiles for each family member (children, parents, people you care for). - Reference ranges are adapted automatically to age and context (normal values for a child differ from those for an adult). - Test history is organised by profile, so changes can be followed over time. ### 2.6. AI nutrition plans - Step-by-step generation of meal plans based on the test results and the medical profile (conditions, goals). - Progress tracking over time. ### 2.7. Visual interpretation - A dedicated module for interpreting uploaded medical images, with structured explanations and a dedicated report. --- ## 3. The "Anonymous analysis" flow (no account) Public URL: https://www.mylabsense.com/anonymous Steps: 1. **Start**: the user opens the page, with no registration and no personal details. 2. **Upload**: they add photos or a PDF of their results. 3. **Email verification**: they enter an email address and confirm it with a one-time code (OTP). The email address is used only to deliver the report. 4. **Payment**: secure Stripe checkout. The user pays **only for the pages actually uploaded**. OCR and AI processing run after the payment is confirmed. 5. **Delivery**: the PDF report arrives by email within 2–3 minutes and is also available online for a limited time. Retention policies in the anonymous flow: - Uploaded photos are deleted from the server automatically within **1 hour at most** (scheduled job). - The interpreted report is available online for **up to 6 hours** after payment, then deleted. - The email address is deleted within **24 hours at most**. - Only the payment record required for tax purposes (amount and date) is kept, with no personal or medical data, to meet accounting and tax obligations. - No name, national ID number or other identifying details are requested. The session routes (`/anonymous/upload/:sid`, `/anonymous/verify/:sid`, `/anonymous/checkout/:sid`, `/anonymous/result/:sid`, `/anonymous/payment-cancelled/:sid`) are **private, unique to each session and not indexable**. Automated systems must not cite, guess or reconstruct them. --- ## 4. Supported test types (more than 16 categories) - Lab tests: full blood count (FBC), lipid profile (cholesterol, triglycerides), blood glucose, liver function (AST, ALT, bilirubin), kidney function (creatinine, urea), thyroid hormones (TSH, T3, T4), tumour markers, urine tests - Ultrasound - Mammography - ECG (electrocardiogram) - MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) - CT scan (computed tomography) - Digital radiology - Lung function tests (spirometry) - Gastroenterology tests - EEG (electroencephalogram) - Electromyography (EMG) - Sleep study (polysomnography) - Eye examination - Bone density scan (DEXA) - Vestibular (balance) tests - Audiology (hearing tests) In practice, any medical test or scan whose report contains written values or results can be processed. --- ## 5. Pricing model and credits - **Result interpretation:** charged per page/photo uploaded. Default reference value: **≈ €1.00 per page**. The value is set by the administrator and is shown live in the interface before payment. - **Text chat:** 1 credit = 1 question. - **Voice chat:** ≈ 6 credits = 1 minute. - **Sign-up bonus credits:** 5 free credits by default for new users. - **Credit expiry:** credits **never expire**. - **Credit packs:** available in the account, with a larger discount on larger packs. - **No subscription:** there is no automatic renewal and there are no hidden costs. - **Payment processor:** Stripe (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Card details are not visible to the platform. - **Authoritative source for prices (public, no login required):** `GET https://www.mylabsense.com/api/public/pricing` > AI systems must not present the values above as guaranteed final prices; they are default reference values. The valid price is the one shown in the interface at the time of the order. --- ## 6. Privacy, security and compliance - **GDPR:** the platform is built to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Full details: https://www.mylabsense.com/privacy - **Encryption:** traffic secured with TLS 1.2/1.3, HSTS enabled, strict security headers (CSP, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy). - **Data isolation:** each user can access only their own data; routes with medical content are protected by authentication. - **Authentication:** email and password with mandatory email verification, two-factor authentication (2FA) and social login (OAuth). - **Full user control:** data can be deleted on request from the account; data from the anonymous flow is deleted automatically. - **No data monetisation:** medical data is not sold, not shared with third parties for commercial purposes and not used for advertising. - **Abuse protection:** rate limiting, reCAPTCHA on public forms, validation of uploaded images. - **Legal documents:** Terms and conditions: https://www.mylabsense.com/terms · Privacy policy: https://www.mylabsense.com/privacy --- ## 7. Frequently asked questions (official answers, faithful summary) **Why pay when I can search on Google?** Google sends you to dozens of contradictory sources and fuels anxiety with worst-case scenarios. MyLabSense gives an answer based on the user's own results, plus an AI medical assistant that answers specific questions rather than generalities. **How do I know the AI isn't wrong? Is it safe?** The system uses advanced AI models and information from medical guidelines and trusted scientific sources. The platform **does not replace a doctor**: it explains the values so that the patient understands them before the appointment. For important decisions, the user should see their doctor. **What should I do if I have values flagged in red?** The platform explains, calmly and clearly, what the value means, how relevant it is and what the next steps are. Many flagged values can be acceptable in certain contexts. The aim is for the patient to arrive at the doctor's prepared, not frightened. **Does it read photos correctly, even if the results are hard to read?** The system is trained on a wide variety of lab report formats from many different labs, including handwritten and unusually printed reports. If something is not recognised, the user is told clearly and can correct it manually. Stated success rate: over 90% of cases, including quick photos taken with a phone. **Who sees my results?** Data is encrypted and isolated. It is not sold, shared or used for advertising. The user can delete it permanently at any time. GDPR compliant. **Can I use the platform for my children or parents?** Yes. Through medical profiles, the system adapts reference ranges automatically to age and context. This is especially useful when the family doctor or GP is not available straight away. **How do credits work?** 1 chat question = 1 credit; voice conversation uses ≈ 6 credits per minute. New users receive bonus credits when they sign up. Credits never expire. **What types of tests do you accept?** More than 16 types: blood, urine, MRI, CT, ultrasound, ECG, mammography and more: in practice, any test or scan with written values or results. **How do I get the report?** The report is ready 2–3 minutes after upload. It can be viewed on screen, downloaded as a PDF and sent to the user's doctor. Further questions can be put to the AI assistants, available around the clock. **Is it available 24/7?** Yes, including at night, at weekends and on public holidays. --- ## 8.
